Digital Product Notice

Dream Wedding sells digital products only. No physical item is shipped. After purchase, customers receive access to digital files, downloads, or digital planning materials.

Instant Digital Delivery

Because our products are delivered digitally and access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are generally considered final once the digital product has been delivered or accessed.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds may not be available after digital files have been delivered, downloaded, accessed, or made available to the customer.

However, we may review refund requests in the following cases:

  • You purchased the wrong product by mistake and have not accessed or downloaded the files.
  • You were charged more than once for the same order.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • You expected a physical product, although the product is clearly described as digital.
  • You downloaded, opened, copied, or used the product.
  • You experienced compatibility issues that were already explained on the product page.

Processing Time
