Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This Purchase Options Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation works for Dream Wedding purchases, including any available Pay Later or purchase option arrangements.

Digital Product Purchases

Dream Wedding sells digital products with instant digital delivery. Once a digital product has been delivered, accessed, downloaded, or made available, the order generally cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation Before Access

If you placed an order by mistake and have not received, accessed, downloaded, or used the digital product, you may contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation review.

Cancellation is not guaranteed and depends on the order status, payment status, and whether digital access has already been provided.

Cancellation After Digital Delivery

Once your digital product has been delivered or made available, the purchase is usually final and cannot be cancelled.

Pay Later or Third-Party Purchase Options

If you use a Pay Later option or another third-party payment option, your payment plan, approval, cancellation rights, fees, due dates, and payment obligations are managed by the third-party provider.

Dream Wedding cannot cancel or modify a third-party payment plan once it has been accepted by the payment provider. You may need to contact the payment provider directly for questions about your Pay Later agreement.

Order Review or Payment Issues

If an order is under payment review, flagged for security checks, declined, reversed, or disputed, Dream Wedding may delay or cancel access to the digital product.

How to Request Cancellation Review

To request a cancellation review, contact us at Info@priorigigitalstudio.pro and include:

• Your full name
• Your email address used at checkout
• Your order number
• The reason for your cancellation request

Refunds

If a cancellation or refund is approved, it will be processed according to our Return and Refund Policy and returned to the original payment method where possible.

Important Notice

Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically cancel the order. We will review the request and respond based on the order status and digital delivery status.
